the bomber pauses
under a "way out" sign
sifting through spam--
an email she sent
before the attack
central line--
he swears he sees
the ghost train
police line, do not cross--
their eyes, their hearts
do not listen
cctv--
the bomber's audacity
running for his life
forensics effort--
a pigeon settles
on the mangled bus
eight holes;
tomorrow
his fingers wont
be turning on the switch
he's fixed

bombs again--
newspapers add to the list
of ordinary things
morning rush--
the bomber confirms time
with a stranger
press conference--
